It is a privilege and a source of pride for me to serve as Medical Superintendent of Nandha Medical College and Hospital Run by Sri Nandha Educational Trust Founded in 1992. The Trust established a number of educational institutions, including Engineering, Arts, Dentistry, Indian Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Allied Health Sciences, Education and beginning a new Medical College.
The guiding principles are to advance medical science by diligent education, provide professional assistance to the vulnerable and ill, and strengthen the body of knowledge in the relevant subject through research. The institution seeks out teachers and nurses who have the potential to make a difference in the field of medical science in order to prepare the next generation to serve the community continuously and meet tomorrow's challenges. The goal of imparting education to the aspiring medical students and including with human values, professional ethics, and moral virtues is being met in an integrated manner.
Today, I'm delighted to report that every member of our hospital's staff is actively following "Quality in Service, Excellence in Care," and in this regard, the constantly rising demand from patients for our services across all of our operations is a positive indicator. The main goals are to train students in medical science through rigorous instruction, provide professional assistance to the sick and poor, and advance knowledge in the discipline through research.
The students can anticipate more possibilities to challenge themselves outside of the classroom in the upcoming academic year by participating more in seminars, re-orientation, medical conferences, etc. The teaching staff is also enhancing a current curriculum to help our students learn more in the academic field.
Along with these academic pursuits, our outreach programmes by organizing medical Campus in rural areas to help the weaker and poorer members of society.
